Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and working drawings as per project requirements.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure design alignment.
Prepare and review construction drawings, GFCs, and presentation drawings.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors during project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design standards.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, bye-laws, and regulatory requirements.
Support project planning, budgeting, and technical documentation.
Provide innovative design inputs to enhance project aesthetics and functionality.
Manage design revisions based on client and management feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
56 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and detailing.
Excellent coordination, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of statutory approvals and municipal drawings.
Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
