Job Description

The Pre-Sales Executive in Real Estate is responsible for supporting the sales team in the pre-sales process of properties. Your role involves lead generation, client needs identification, property presentations, and initial sales process management. You play a vital role in creating positive interactions with potential buyers and generating interest in real estate offerings. Lead Generation and Qualification: - Identify new business opportunities through various sources like referrals, online marketing, databases, and networking. - Qualify incoming leads by understanding their requirements, budget, and preferences. - Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns. Property Presentations: - Present available properties to prospective buyers in a clear and compelling manner. - Provide information on property specifications, pricing, and options. - Develop customized property proposals based on client requirements. Client Interaction: - Build relationships with potential buyers through effective communication. - Understand client needs and suggest suitable real estate options. - Follow up with leads to address inquiries and progress them through the sales pipeline. Market Research: - Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitive properties, and conditions. - Provide insights to the sales team on customer preferences and market demands. Support to Sales Team: - Work closely with the sales team for smooth lead handovers. - Prepare and share pre-sales reports on potential leads and projects. - Assist in managing the sales pipeline and maintaining CRM records. Customer Presentations & Demonstrations: - Organize property tours for clients. - Explain property advantages, detailing amenities, location, and investment potential. - Customize presentations to meet client-specific needs. Documentation & Reporting: - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and potential sales in the CRM system. - Prepare pre-sales reports for management, highlighting lead generation activities and sales forecasts. Negotiation and Closing Support: - Assist in initial negotiations, providing clients with necessary information. - Support the Sales team in closing deals smoothly. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in real estate sales, customer service, or pre-sales roles is advantageous. Skills: Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, organizational, and CRM software skills. Personal Attributes: Proactive, result-oriented, team player, ability to handle rejection, and a positive attitude. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Number of leads generated and qualified. - Conversion rate of leads into meetings or property viewings. - Client satisfaction and feedback during the pre-sales phase. - Accuracy and timeliness in providing property information to clients. Additional Information: - May be required to attend property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings. - Occasional weekend work may be required based on client schedules and project timelines.
