Job Description

Role Overview: As a Pre-Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, presenting software features effectively, and supporting existing customers throughout their product journey. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, gathering requirements, communicating with clients, and coordinating renewals. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Requirement Understanding - Interact with potential and existing customers to comprehend their business needs and pain points. - Identify suitable product solutions and align customer requirements with software features. - Assist the sales team with requirement analysis and documentation as necessary. - Product Demonstration & Feature Explanation - Conduct detailed product demos for new prospects and current clients. - Clearly explain the advanced features, benefits, and use cases of the software. - Help clients understand how the product can enhance their business operations. - Client Relationship Management - Maintain effective communication with current customers. - Address queries, provide clarifications, and ensure a positive customer experience. - Guide clients through onboarding, usage, and feature adoption. - Renewal & Retention - Manage the complete renewal process for subscriptions/software licenses. - Follow up with clients for timely renewals and maintain accurate records. - Collaborate with the support and sales teams to ensure smooth retention. - Coordination & Support - Work closely with internal teams for customer feedback, feature requests, and issue resolution. - Share customer insights with the sales and product team to enhance software offerings. - Prepare presentations, documentation, and reports when required. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree in any field (Business, Marketing, IT preferred). - 2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Customer Support, or Software Sales (Freshers with good communication skills can apply). - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to understand software products and explain features effectively. - Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving mindset. - Comfortable working from the office in Balewadi, Pune.
