We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre Sales Head to lead and manage the entire pre-sales and sales enablement function. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in end-to-end B2B sales, business development, proposal management, and team leadership. Responsibilities include driving the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure, identifying potential clients, preparing RFPs, developing proposals, and delivering client presentations. The role also requires close collaboration with marketing, technical, and delivery teams to design customized solutions, mentoring a pre-sales team, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and achieving business growth targets. Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and digital sales strategy expertise are essential.
