Job Description

Position: Pre-Sales Executive

Location: Pune

Department: Sales Support / Inside Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualification:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential leads.
  • Explain project or product details and qualify leads before passing to sales team.
  • Schedule client site visits and follow up for confirmations.
  • Maintain database and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Support marketing campaigns and digital inquiries.
  • Update lead status daily in CRM or Excel sheets.
  • Coordinate with field sales team for lead handover and feedback.
  • Excellent verbal communication (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
  • Good telephone etiquette and convincing power.
  • Basic computer & Excel knowledge.
  • Patience and persistence for lead follow-ups.
  • Any Graduate (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred).
  • Experience:
  • 0–2 years in telecalling / inside sales / customer service.
  • Education Level Under Graduate/Post School (Degree Course(s))

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
