Job Description

Position: Pre-Sales Executive

Location: Pune

Job Role

Department: Sales Support / Inside Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Skills Required:
Qualification:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential leads.
Explain project or product details and qualify leads before passing to sales team.
Schedule client site visits and follow up for confirmations.
Maintain database and ensure timely communication with clients.
Support marketing campaigns and digital inquiries.
Update lead status daily in CRM or Excel sheets.
Coordinate with field sales team for lead handover and feedback.
Excellent verbal communication (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
Good telephone etiquette and convincing power.
Basic computer & Excel knowledge.
Patience and persistence for lead follow-ups.
Any Graduate (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred).
Experience:
0–2 years in telecalling / inside sales / customer service.
Education Level Under Graduate/Post School (Degree Course(s))
