Key Responsibilities

  • Explain UPGrad’s programs and course offerings effectively
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and relationship management
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve enrolment targets
  • Deliver high-quality customer experience during every interaction


Key Skills Required

  • Minimum 1+ year of pre-sales experience (preferably in EdTech)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with tele-calling and cold-calling activities
