Roles and Responsibilities:.

Must be able to generate big funnel of leads for engineering service business and close the deals..
Responsibility includes lead generation to obtaining PO from customer.(End to End BD role).. Managing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities and key accounts.. Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.. Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.. Should be able to set up customer meetings for Pan India, Gulf and Japan market.. Must have awareness on how engineering services business works in India region.. Being knowledgeable about products and services offered by the business.. Being aware of market trends and competitors..

Skills and Experience Required:.

Experience Range 2 to 4 Years. E. Should have the ability to open the customer doors for the business..
Successful track record in sales and negotiation.. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.. Working experience with sales techniques.. Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.. Writing reports and analysing relevant business data.. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.. Must have basic knowledge of MS Office. Good at using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint..
