About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and dynamic Pre-Sales Executive who can proactively connect with potential leads, generate new business opportunities, and coordinate with managers to schedule client meetings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to convert interest into potential deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing leads to generate interest.
• Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings for managers/business development teams.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Understand client requirements and share relevant information with managers for proposal preparation.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism on calls.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Positive attitude, target-oriented mindset, and good organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,651.20 - ₹30,445.95 per month
