Pre-Sales Engineer

As a Pre-Sales Engineer at a 100 CR Kochi based IT Company, your role will involve engaging with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, providing expert insights on cloud solutions, and contributing to the success of sales initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Engaging with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. - Conducting discussions on cloud solutions, with a focus on Azure and AWS offerings. - Collaborating with the sales team to present technical aspects of proposed solutions. - Demonstrating expertise in Azure and AWS configurations. - Providing in-depth knowledge of cloud services and their applications to address customer requirements. - Identifying and exploring opportunities for mail migration to cloud platforms. - Participating in security discussions with customers, highlighting the security features and best practices of cloud platforms. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Azure or AWS configurations. - Proven experience in creating Bills of Materials (BOM) for cloud solutions. - Implementation expertise in different workloads on cloud infrastructure. Educational Background: - 3-year Diploma in Computer Science or Electronics, or B.Tech / BCA / MCA in a relevant field. Certifications: - Certification in Azure or AWS is mandatory.
