We are seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing team This role is designed for recent graduates eager to apply their technical and analytical skills in a customer-facing environment The Pre-Sales Engineer will support Pre-Sales Solution Architects by conducting technology research, assisting with services and cloud pricing, and performing configuration item and contract reconciliation This position offers the unique opportunity to be mentored by the most senior technical resources in the company, providing a solid foundation for career growth in pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, and enterprise IT consulting Key Responsibilities
Assist Operations teams with identifying contract scope changes during deployment and definition of change orders Conduct technology research to support solution design and customer requirements Assist in pricing and configuration of IT services and cloud solutions by analyzing vendor pricing models and cost structures Support cloud pricing analysis and configuration for customer proposals Perform configuration item and contract reconciliation to ensure accuracy in customer agreements and solution designs Collaborate with Solution Architects to build technology solutions that align with customer needs Develop a strong understanding of enterprise computing concepts, including ERP, databases, networking, operating systems, data centers, and cloud computing Prepare and maintain documentation related to solution designs, pricing, and configurations Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure accurate and competitive solutions Participate in training and mentorship programs led by senior engineers and solution architects Required Qualifications & Skills
Database and/or data science experience or classwork preferred Bachelor s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related business function with relevant computer science coursework Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret and present technical information Basic knowledge of enterprise IT environments, including ERP systems, networking, operating systems, databases, data centers, and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial or pricing analysis tools
