Job Description

Assist Operations teams with identifying contract scope changes during deployment and definition of change orders
Conduct technology research to support solution design and customer requirements
Assist in pricing and configuration of IT services and cloud solutions by analyzing vendor pricing models and cost structures
Support cloud pricing analysis and configuration for customer proposals
Perform configuration item and contract reconciliation to ensure accuracy in customer agreements and solution designs
Collaborate with Solution Architects to build technology solutions that align with customer needs
Develop a strong understanding of enterprise computing concepts, including ERP, databases, networking, operating systems, data centers, and cloud computing
Prepare and maintain documentation related to solution designs, pricing, and configurations
Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure accurate and competitive solutions
Participate in training and mentorship programs led by senior engineers and solution architects
