Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Pre-Sales candidate to support our sales team in identifying client needs, delivering compelling demos, and crafting solution proposals. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between customers, the sales team, and product/engineering teams to ensure a seamless and value-driven sales process. Should be willing to go on site if required.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Requirements Analysis: Collaborate closely with the sales team to thoroughly understand client business challenges, goals, and technical requirements to tailor solution approaches effectively.
- Technical Demonstrations & Proof of Concepts: Plan and execute detailed product presentations, live demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) that clearly articulate the value and capabilities of company s cloud solutions (Google Workspace, Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, etc.).
- Solution Documentation & Proposal Support: Develop customized proposals, detailed solution documents, and respond to RFIs/RFPs in partnership with product managers and engineering teams, ensuring alignment with client needs and technical feasibility.
- Subject Matter Expertise & Solutioning: Act as a trusted advisor and technical expert throughout the sales cycle, helping clients understand complex cloud technologies and how they can solve their business problems by using a solutioning approach.
- Technical Query Resolution: Address client technical questions and concerns promptly and accurately, providing confident, well-researched responses to ensure continued engagement and trust.
- Market & Competitor Awareness: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cloud product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings to position Shivaami's solutions effectively and suggest strategic adjustments.
- Client Onboarding & Handover: Support internal team with post-sale activities by facilitating smooth onboarding and knowledge transfer to customer success and implementation teams, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Gather and communicate client feedback to product development and marketing teams to influence product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teamssales and deploymentto ensure cohesive pre-sales strategies that align with business goals and product capabilities.
 
Qualifications & Skills
- 35 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a technical sales support Role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer pain points and map them to product capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with demo tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and collaboration tools.
- Technical aptitude to quickly understand complex products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
