Pre Sales Consultant - MDM

As a Pre Sales Consultant - MDM, your primary responsibility will be to handle a diverse range of Apple products, with a focus on MacBook, iPad & Mac. You will engage with corporate segments, conducting end-to-end pre-sales activities around Apple technologies. Your expertise in MDM solutions, specifically Intune & JAMF, will be crucial in providing comprehensive solutions to clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure client needs are met effectively. - Expertise in handling Apple products such as MacBook, iPad & Mac - Conducting end-to-end pre-sales activities related to Apple technologies - Visiting customers for demonstrations as and when required - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions - Analyzing customer business needs and translating them into technical solutions - Troubleshooting system, network, and hardware issues - Utilizing command-line tools effectively - Providing technical support and systems administration - Working with MacOS and server platforms - Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills - Communicating complex technical terms in a non-technical manner - Utilizing Apple platform experience - Applying strong problem-solving skills - Graduation with at least 2 years of work experience - Mandatory experience and knowledge in MDM solutions - Professional proficiency in English - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues - Experience with Jamf or other MDM solutions preferred - Proficiency in using command-line tools - Experience in technical support and systems administration - Familiarity with MacOS and server platforms - Exceptional customer service skills - Strong communication skills in simplifying technical jargon,
