Pre-Sales Business Analyst 2 Years Job Brief: We are seeking a Pre-Sales Business Analyst (BA) to connect client needs with technical solutions. The role involves collaborating with sales, product, and technical teams to define business requirements and craft tailored proposals and demonstrations. The ideal candidate will engage with potential clients, analyze business gaps, and translate needs into actionable solutions. Responsibilities also include preparing documentation, conducting market research, and supporting sales efforts through presentations and RFP responses. Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to simplify technical concepts for clients are key to success in this role. Role: Pre-Sales Business Analyst Experience: 2 Years Position Open: 01 Ahmedabad Roles and Responsibility: Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and create tailored proposals. Conduct requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for prospective clients. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs. Develop proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations and product walkthroughs for clients. Collaborate with the development team to define project scope, effort estimation, and feasibility analysis. Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights. Assist in designing solution architecture, wireframes, and flow diagrams to communicate ideas effectively. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to project execution. Maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing queries and ensuring clear communication. Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and suggesting potential solutions. Skills: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 2 years of experience in pre-sales, business analysis, or a similar role. Strong understanding of IT solutions, software development life cycle (SDLC), and business processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in preparing proposals, business cases, and technical documentation. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
