Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre Sales Associate - AI, based in Hyderabad. The Pre Sales Associate will collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to identify client needs, develop tailored AI-based solutions, and create proposals. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, maintaining client relationships, understanding technical requirements, supporting business development initiatives, and preparing sales materials to communicate value effectively to potential clients.

• Ability to analyze client requirements, conduct market research, and develop tailored proposals and solutions.
• Proficiency in sales strategy development, client engagement, and relationship building to support business growth.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, technical concepts, and applications in talent management or related fields.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Prior experience in a pre-sales, business development, or similar role is a plus.
• Knowledge of the talent management industry and technology trends is an asset.
