Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Pre-Sale Specialist, located in Mumbai with some flexibility for remote work. The Pre-Sale Specialist will engage in client consultations, prepare tailored solutions, and assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations to support sales efforts. They will also respond to inquiries from potential customers, provide accurate information, and ensure an excellent pre-sales experience. Collaborating with various teams, they will analyze market trends to identify opportunities and help drive customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and identify opportunities
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact with clients effectively
• Experience in Consulting and providing tailored real estate solutions
• Knowledge of Presales processes and strategies to support sales activities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with the Mumbai real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
