• Curriculum and instruction:

   Develop and implement lesson plans that cover a range of subjects including the alphabet, numbers, social skills, and personal development through engaging methods like storytelling, songs, games, and art.

• Classroom management:

   Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment, while also guiding children's behavior and promoting positive interactions with peers.

• Child development:

   Monitor and assess children's progress on an ongoing basis, identifying their strengths and areas for growth.

• Communication:

   Maintain regular and open communication with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and collaborating to support their development.

• Basic care:

   Provide basic care, which can include supervision during nap and snack times, and ensuring the classroom is clean and organized.
