Roles and Responsibilities Assess damages in the vehicle by looking at photos to help the system approve or reject pre-inspection request. Demonstrate command in multiple in-house systems Collaborate with other teams in order to execute the requests inflow. [E.g.: Underwriter approval] To detect any fraudulent activity involved while conducting Pre-inspection Maintenance of TAT as per SLA and coordinate with partners to resolve their queries Constantly updating knowledge with respect to product, process flows, best practises and UW guidelines To highlight issues faced in Realtime for processing the pre-inspection cases Key skills Communication skills - ability to listen, understand and pass on the understanding to the team Exceptional problem solving skills Ability to influence and negotiate to help team achieve business goals Should be flexible and supportive when situations demands and to be a good team player Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees. Workshop Background/ General Insurance is preferable. Education Diploma/ BE/ B. Tech- Automobile/Mechanical Freshers
