Knowledge on Servers, Virtualization, Cloud platforms like OpenStack, Storage, Networking.
Deployment, Integration, testing of Computer systems & Virtualization.
Skilled on installing, deploying, operating, managing Server & Client OS Windows, Linux, Virtualization.
Working knowledge on File CIFS / FTP / NFS & iSCSI Block storage.
Change management, configuration management, patch management of compute instances, storage & network.
Updates & upgrade of OS, applications.
SLA, uptime & performance management.
Auditing, log management
Proactive health checkup.
Security policy enforcement, incident management.
Responsibilities will handle
Understand Customer requirement and define solutions with plan, Respond and resolve customer technical queries on requirements and or trouble tickets raised via inbound calls, emails, web tickets.
Exposure to BID Document - Understand, Spec, Participate.
Provide Solutions based on understanding Customer requirements.
Preparation of BOM, to Support deployment team to integrate and deploy.
Rolling out deployments, solutions at client locations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹1,500,399.23 per year
