Job Description

We are looking for experienced Tech Lead – Support role for immediate hire. At Stackup, ‘Tech Lead – Support’ will be responsible for all technical aspects of supporting Stackup ‘s products & services to clients. Being a team leading role, support services to be rendered with a team of engineers.

Relevant experience: 5-8 years

Candidates with Technical support experience with Server Hardware, Virtualization solutions ( Proxmox/ VMware / Nutanix/ Hyper-V) ,storage (SDS/CEPH) and Cloud - OpenStack is must for applying this job.

Responsibilities:

  • Support coverage for all Stackup product & service offerings – Hyperconverged Infrastructure, Cloud, IT Automation Management, Software Defined Storage, MiniPC, System integration.
  • Technical ownership in supporting, rolling out upgrades and enhance existing system to improve customer experience
  • High level troubleshooting, as well as coordinating & cooperating with team members, customers, system integration partners.
  • Provide support for technical, IT infrastructure issues to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensure proactive health checks, hardware & software management with team.
  • Managerial responsibility towards ensuring team performance.
  • Co work with Product Development Engineering team in creating newer features, products.
  • Technical ownership in procurement, inventory & vendor management
  • Support process adherence, time line management
  • Additional tasks as deemed required by organization.

Requirements :

  • Must be a self-motivated, be able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to learn new technologies around IT Infrastructure, demonstrate & lead at functional level
  • Exceptional team management
  • Hands on IT Infrastructure knowledge around Servers, Storage, Networking
  • Sound knowledge around Linux OS, KVM, Qemu, Cloud technologies, Software Defined Storage.
  • System Engineer level knowledge in Windows Server & Linux OS.
  • Great Soft skills in communicating with external – clients, partners, vendors & internal – team members, co-workers.
  • Patience in handling customer issues, ensure close looping open ended things.
  • Education – Engineering UG / PG – Electronics / Software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
