Practice Lead SAP FICO

As a Practice Lead SAP FICO at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading our SAP consulting practice and showcasing your expertise in SAP S/4HANA to our global customers and internal stakeholders. With over 12,000 employees in more than 30 countries, we are looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, who can drive solutioning efforts within our SAP FICO practice. **Responsibilities:** - Lead solutioning efforts within our SAP FICO practice by showcasing solutions knowledge. - Act as a subject matter expert on SAP solutions, providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams as needed. - Ability to connect with executives in the customer organization and converse in the Finance business space. - Ability to quickly assess customer requirements and translate the same to SAP Solution deliverables. - Assist teams in interviewing, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives and sales strategies to promote SAP services. - Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and provide thought leadership within the organization. - Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the SAP practice, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. **Required Skills:** - 9+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on SAP implementation, integration, and support. - Strong understanding of core SAP FICO including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Business Technology Platform, and Knowledge on SAP Business AI along with SAP Public Cloud. - Knowledge in Group Reporting, Central Finance, Treasury Management, and FSCM with experience delivering solutions in at least one of these areas will be an added advantage. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,
