Experience

Job Responsibilities:

Cultivating a culture of excellence and developing clear objectives for talent acquisition.
Responsible for managing the client (Mining the existing and Developing New leads).
Ensuring that talent acquisition projects fall in line with organizational Targets.
Ensure revenue booking & billing targets are met or exceeded.
Develop industry network with potential and existing candidates and gather market intelligence.
Building strong talent pipelines to satisfy our current as well as future hiring needs.
Plan and implement strong process to ensure delight in candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication)
Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g., past applicants and referred candidates)
Create robust systems and processes to monitor the team performance measure key recruitment metrics through KPI tracking.
Responsible for the overall practice and ensure proper process adherence is followed within the team.
Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue and for the Practice.
Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.
Deliver on business team targets and meet overall quality parameters.

Requirements:

Strong and persuasive written and verbal communication skills, comfortable selling his/her ideas to client's and internal teams.
Demonstrate passion and ownership to turn a big idea into a plan of action to ensure practice growth.
Consulting experience, preferably in the Workforce Management Industry.
Proven initiative to be hands on as well as lead others in the development of the practice and delivery of its services.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
