- Lead identity security consulting engagements focused on Microsoft Entra ID IAM and IGA inline to Zero Trust frameworks, SOX compliance etc.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for customers to enhance identity security posture, and IAM consolidation using Entra ID suite of services SSO, Entra ID Protection, ITDR, PIM, CIEM, Workload Identities, External ID CIAM and IGA adoption.
- Advise customers on industry best practices, compliance mandates, and governance frameworks.
- Conduct executive briefings, security assessments, and solution workshops to align business goals with identity security capabilities.
Delivery Leadership:
- Oversee the execution of complex identity security transformation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Define and manage delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for Entra ID solutions.
- Lead technical teams in configuring, integrating, and optimizing IAM, CIEM, IGA, and CIAM solutions.
- Ensure smooth transition from design and implementation to operationalization and managed services.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycles.
Customer Engagement Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction by implementing proactive service enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal sales, pre-sales, and product teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.
- Engage with Microsoft and other ecosystem partners to leverage latest advancements and product capabilities.
Practice Development Thought Leadership:
- Contribute to the growth of Entra ID services by developing reusable assets, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Mentor and upskill teams to enhance Entra ID expertise across IAM, CIEM, IGA, and CIAM domains.
- Take active participation in Partner CCP in Entra ID.
- Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and customer events.
- Drive co-sell motions with Microsoft sellers to expand opportunities in security transformation.
Required Skills Experience
Technical Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience with
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), IAM, IGA, CIEM, and CIAM
solutions. - Deep understanding of
Zero Trust principles
, identity lifecycle management, and access governance. - Proficiency in Microsoft Security solutions such as
Microsoft Defender for Identity, Microsoft Purview, and Sentinel
. - Knowledge of
API security, workload identities, Just-in-Time (JIT) access, and privileged access management (PAM)
. - Experience with compliance and regulatory frameworks such as
NIST, SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, and HIPAA
. - Hands-on expertise with integration of identity solutions with
SaaS, PaaS, and on-prem applications
. - Strong PowerShell and automation scripting capabilities.

- 15+ years of experience in security consulting and delivery, with at least 8+ years in identity and access management.
- Experience managing large-scale IAM design consulting, transformation projects across diverse industries.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive change management and adoption strategies for Entra ID solutions.
