PR & Outreach Facilitator

NOT a payroll/salaried role

What You’ll Do

• Full-time field outreach across schools, colleges, NGOs, corporates & therapy centers
• Pitch VOKX programs & secure

  collaborations / tie-ups / paid events

• Coordinate logistics, schedules, and requirements for workshops
• Support facilitation during events
• Build strong institutional relationships
• Maintain documentation, reports & follow-ups

Minimum Monthly Deliverables

• 10–12 in-person outreach visits
• Minimum 4 solid collaborations
• 4 paid events (offline)/ month coordinated or supported
• Monthly outreach + event report
• Basic documentation (photos, summary)

Ideal Candidate

• Must be available

  full-time

  (weekday outreach + weekend events when required)
• Comfortable traveling around Coimbatore
• Strong communication & people skills
• Preferably from PR, communications, psychology, social work, or event management background
• Friendly, proactive, confident, and reliable

Compensation Structure

• Per outreach conversion incentive
• Per paid event execution payment
• No base salary / no monthly fixed pay
• Perfect for someone who is motivated by field work + commissions
