As the Corporate Communications Manager at MicroMitti, you play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the brand image of MicroMitti - India's pioneering Real Estate Co-Investment Firm, with a mission centered around Tier II, Tier III cities, and rural areas. Your responsibilities involve establishing MicroMitti as a brand synonymous with trust, transparency, and innovation, through the implementation of a comprehensive strategic communications plan across national and regional platforms. Your primary duties include the development of annual and quarterly communication road-maps, creating a strategic messaging framework for various initiatives such as product launches, regional expansion, partnerships, investor updates, thought leadership, and brand reputation management. Additionally, you are tasked with securing authored articles, interviews, and media coverage in top-tier financial publications like The Economic Times, Mint, Business Standard, and others. Ensuring visibility in startup/new-age media and regional publications is also a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you are expected to drive high-profile visibility through owned intellectual property, such as the Micro Scope by MicroMitti Podcast hosted by the Founder, and secure national-level PR guests, including founders/CEOs of real estate companies and policy influencers. Your involvement in nationally recognized events, webinars, seminars, and award platforms is essential for enhancing brand recognition. In addition to proactive brand promotion, you are responsible for monitoring media and digital sentiment surrounding the brand, drafting and implementing a Crisis Communication Playbook, and engaging with media in risk situations. Maintaining and enforcing Micro Mitti Brand Guidelines, ensuring consistency in language and messaging across various platforms, and overseeing written content for PR, web, social media, investor decks, and event materials are integral parts of your role.
