Role Structure (Equity-Based)

• Part-time, equity-only role in the initial phase
• No fixed salary until funding or stable revenue
• Equity engagement process:
• 3–4 alignment discussions
• 1-month NDA-based working cohort
• PR & Branding leadership agreement
• Equity allocation post funding & Pvt. Ltd. registration
• 5-year vesting model
• Fixed compensation begins after funding
• Fully remote / flexible engagement
  

Role: PR & Branding Officer (Narrative, Trust & Visibility)

shaping, protecting, and amplifying Kefilo’s brand voice

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own Kefilo’s brand narrative and positioning
• Plan and execute PR strategies (media, partnerships, thought leadership)
• Manage brand voice across social, website, events, and outreach
• Create content frameworks (not just posts) for long-term recall
• Coordinate with founder, food, and operations teams for authentic storytelling
• Manage brand reputation, credibility, and consistency
• Prepare brand assets for partnerships, events, and future fundraising
