Presentation Designer

Our presentation designers work closely with our Project Leadership to create clear and engaging presentations using sharp visuals, animations, and tailored graphics.

Responsibilities

  • Design with purpose—understand the content of presentations and utilize best design practices to create layouts for optimal viewing
  • Consult on the visual story and flow of content to create engaging presentations
  • Create data visualizations that are clear and easy to understand
  • Re-design PowerPoints within clients’ brand guidelines
  • Design custom graphics, from icons to isometric illustrations
  • Assist on large-scale projects, including high-visibility conferences
  • Communicate with clients and interpret design feedback
  • Our presentation designers work closely with our project managers to create clear and engaging presentations using sharp visuals, animations, and tailored graphics.
  • Conceptualize new branding and/or designs for clients, from startups to Fortune 500's

Desired skills and experience

  • 5+ years of graphic design experience
  • Degree in graphic design, illustration, or related field
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Intermediate drawing and rendering skills
  • Excellent written and verbal comprehension
  • Meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management skills
  • Strong sense of visual aesthetics and typography
  • Ability to quickly digest and follow directions
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Exceptional understanding of basic design principles.
  • Experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint (the more, the better).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in speaking to clients either through email, on the phone, or in person.
  • Commitment to both personal and professional development.
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize between multiple different tasks.
  • Desire to excel and grow within and with the company.
  • Ability to work both independently as well as with a team.
  • Experience in a leadership role and/or leading a team.

Job Summary

The TL-Loan Servicing role requires a professional with 5 to 8 years of experience to manage and oversee loan servicing operations. The candidate will utilize their expertise in MS Excel and English communication to streamline processes and ensure efficient service delivery. Working in a hybrid model the role focuses on enhancing asset management operations without the need for travel.


 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily loan servicing operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports for informed decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively in English to coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Implement best practices in asset management operations to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align loan servicing with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate loan servicing performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategies to optimize asset and wealth management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all operations.
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Lead initiatives to automate and streamline loan servicing tasks for efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of loan servicing data.
  • Prepare detailed reports on loan servicing activities for management review.


 

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exhibit strong English communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Possess experience in asset management operations as a valuable asset.
  • Show knowledge of asset and wealth management processes as a nice to have.
  • Display ability to work in a hybrid model with minimal supervision.
