Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for End-to-End management of the process Responsible for Implementation, Maintenance and Improvements in the process. Responsible for driving process Efficiency and Effectiveness of the process. Responsible for ensuring Process Documentation is current at all times Responsible for ensuring Controls and Compliance is in place and adhered by the Operations Team Change Management & Project Management for New Scope of Work and Change in Process Partner with Business Transformation and Analytics team to add value to the team Liaison with the client process owner to ensure we adhering to all customer and distributor related process and cascade to the teams for effective consumption and adherence o Responsible for providing support to the Operations Team:o Partner with the Operations Team to resolve breakages in the process, escalations, requirements from the cliento Partner with the Capability Development/Training Team to ensure that the Operation Leads/SMEs are equipped to handle new scope of work/ process changeso Assist the team to resolve any bugs from the implementation of any Change Requests/Platform Enhancements and Changeso Assist the Operations Team to assess if new requirements by the client are in scope of the Contract/RACI. If not, take ownership to discuss the same with the client and initiate a Change Request

Any Graduation
