Perform keyword research, ad grouping, negative mapping & ad copy optimization.
Maintain pacing, bid efficiency, and strong spend-to-lead ratios.
Improve CTR, Quality Score, CPC & CVR consistently.
Run A/B tests for ad copies, landing pages & bidding strategies.
Optimize CPL and strengthen MQL-to-enrollment funnel quality.
Track lead journey and behavior through CRM insights.
Identify drop-offs and optimize for stronger closures.
Work cross-functionally on landing page & CRO enhancements.
Analyze performance via Google Ads, GA4 & CRM dashboards.
Present weekly/monthly reports with ROI-driven recommendations.
Identify scalable keywords, growth pockets & inefficient spends.
✔ 2–5+ years in Google Search Ads (performance-focused)
✔ Proven experience managing sizeable budgets
✔ Strong in CTR/CVR improvement & A/B testing
✔ CRM understanding for lead-stage decisioning
✔ Hands-on with Google Ads, GA4, Excel/Sheets
• Remarketing, PMax & Demand Gen experience
• UTM/GTM knowledge & attribution understanding
• CRO mindset with experiment-based approach
