Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate with marketing, customers, plants and purchase team for production and dispatch planning.
Plan and arrange required raw materials, stores, accessories, and paints.
Work with NPD and ERP teams to update patterns, core boxes, and BOM in SAP.
Prepare packing lists, confirm delivery , and share with customers.
Create and release monthly, weekly and daily production plans.
Track plan vs. actual performance and prepare MIS reports for the plant head.
Review dispatch progress and share regular updates with customers.
Ensure high OTIF performance with a minimum 98% on-time delivery rate.

Required Skills :

Strong knowledge of production, planning and capacity calculation
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
Familiar with 5S, Kaizen, TPM, cost reduction and safety practices
Well- organised, data driven and accountable
Quick learner with an openness to new processes and improvements.
Effective leader with team management and motivation abilities.
