PPC Head – CDW / ERW Division

Location: Sikandrabad, Uttar Pradesh
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production / Industrial Engineering
Experience: 12–18 years in Production Planning & Control within Steel / Tubes / Pipes (CDW & ERW) industry
Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Head the Production Planning & Control (PPC) function for CDW & ERW product lines.
• Develop and implement monthly, weekly, and daily production plans in line with sales demand and plant capacity.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, production, and quality teams for smooth operations.
• Optimize plant capacity utilization while ensuring on-time order fulfillment.
• Monitor WIP, RM inventory, and finished goods stock to balance demand and supply.
• Prepare and review MIS reports on production vs. plan, efficiency, bottlenecks, and delays.
• Ensure minimum production loss and downtime through proactive planning.
• Drive initiatives to improve OTIF (On-Time In-Full Delivery) and customer satisfaction.
• Lead a team of PPC engineers/executives and mentor them for higher performance.
• Coordinate with logistics and dispatch for timely delivery to customers.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of CDW & ERW pipe/tube manufacturing processes.
• Excellent command over production scheduling, capacity planning & resource optimization.
• Proficiency in ERP / SAP / advanced planning tools.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Leadership ability to manage cross-functional coordination.
