Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize

  PPC campaigns

  across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms for real estate projects.
• Manage daily campaign budgets, track KPIs, and ensure maximum ROI on paid campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis specific to

  Noida and Gurugram real estate markets

  .
• Create and monitor landing pages for lead generation campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance data and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align PPC strategies with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in paid advertising and real estate marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

  6 to 8 years in PPC, preferably in the

  real estate industry

  with a focus on channel partner firms.
• Strong understanding of

  Noida and Gurugram real estate projects

  and market trends.
• Expertise in

  Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Display Ads, and Remarketing campaigns

  .
• Proficient in campaign optimization, lead quality assessment, and conversion tracking.
• Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred).
