Job Description

Role Overview: As a PPC Executive, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and marketplace ads (Amazon, FirstCry, Myntra etc.). Your focus will be to drive trac, boost conversions, and ensure high ROI on performance budgets. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and relevant marketplaces like Amazon, FirstCry, and Myntra. ● Conduct keyword and audience research specific to parenting, kids’ products, gifting occasions, and educational interests. ● Create compelling ad copies and creatives in collaboration with the design and content teams. ● Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and Conversion Rate. ● Conduct A/B testing on creatives, headlines, and landing pages. ● Track and report weekly campaign metrics with insights and next steps. ● Stay updated with PPC trends and algorithm updates across platforms. Requirements: ● 1–3 years of hands-on PPC experience, preferably in eCommerce or D2C brands. ● Familiarity with kids/parenting segments, either through work or audience research. ● Proven track record of managing performance marketing budgets and delivering results. ● Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic knowledge of Amazon Ads/Marketplace Ad Consoles. ● Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking. ● Strong analytical and reporting skills. Good to Have: ● Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / Ads certifications ● Experience in seasonal or occasion-based campaign planning (e.g., holidays, back-to-school, gifting season) ● Understanding of child-safe communication, visual appeal to parents, and purchase psychology Show more Show less
