PPC Ads Manager (Meta, Google & Native Ads)

Sheopals, a leading Ayurvedic & Health-Wellness D2C brand, is hiring a PPC Ads Manager with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Native Ads (Taboola, MGID, TrafficStars, ExoClick). The ideal candidate must be performance-driven and capable of scaling high-budget campaigns profitably within the Ayurvedic/health & wellness or Nutraceuticals niche.

Key Responsibilities-

• Manage & optimize Google Search, Display, PMax, YouTube
• Run high-ROI Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Execute & scale Native Ads: Taboola, MGID, RevContent, TrafficStars, ExoClick
• Create & test landing pages, funnels & creatives
• Daily monitoring of CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC & conversions
• Handle ad budgets of ₹50k – ₹3L/day
• Improve quality of leads & drive revenue growth
• Report performance insights to management

Required Skills -

• 3–7 yrs experience in performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta, Google & Native networks (Mandatory)
• Experience in high-volume D2C/eCommerce campaigns
• Good understanding of pixels, tracking, GTM, UTMs
• Strong analytical & Excel skills
• Experience with adult/native traffic (TrafficStars/ExoClick) is a plus

Preferred Industry-

• Ayurveda / Wellness / Nutraceutical/Beauty/Personal Care
• D2C brands or agencies managing large budgets
