Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced PowerShell & Microsoft 365 Automation Engineer with strong scripting and development expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep technical skills in automation, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure services, with a focus on developing scalable solutions and optimizing cloud administration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline Microsoft 365 and Azure administrative tasks.

• Utilize Microsoft Graph API for automation, integration, and reporting across Microsoft cloud services.

• Manage and support Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Microsoft 365, and Intune environments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scripts and tools that enhance operational efficiency.

• Implement and support database integrations for automation and reporting.

• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud services and automation processes.

• Maintain detailed documentation for scripts, configurations, and procedures.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• PowerShell Scripting: Expert-level proficiency (minimum 4 years’ experience).

• Microsoft Graph API: Strong hands-on experience for automation and integration.

• Azure Active Directory / Entra ID: User, group, and role management, along with conditional access and identity governance.

• Microsoft 365 Administration: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and licensing management.

• Microsoft Intune: Endpoint management, device compliance, and policy automation.

• Database Knowledge: Working knowledge of SQL or other databases for data handling and automation integration.

• Cloud Automation Focus: 80–85% scripting/development and 15–20% administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certifications (e.g., AZ-104, MS-102, MD-102, SC-300) are a plus.

• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and automation frameworks.

• Knowledge of C#, Python, or other scripting languages is an advantage.
