Job Description

Power Platform Developer (PowerApps)

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
Develop and integrate workflows using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).
Customize and extend Microsoft Dataverse (Common Data Service) and/or SharePoint Online.
Work closely with business stakeholders, UI/UX designers, and other technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Implement security and data governance best practices within Power Platform solutions.
Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.) and third-party APIs.
Maintain and enhance existing PowerApps applications and troubleshoot issues.
Write technical documentation and user guides.
Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Power Platform features and updates.

Required Skills and Experience:

5–7 years of experience in application development with at least 4 years in PowerApps and Power Platform.
Strong proficiency in
Canvas Apps

Model-Driven Apps
,
Power Automate
, and
Dataverse
.
Solid understanding of
Power Platform architecture
,
connectors
, and
integration patterns
.
Experience in developing custom connectors and integrating REST APIs.
Good knowledge of
SharePoint Online
,
Microsoft Teams
, and
Microsoft 365 ecosystem
.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of
Power BI
,
Azure Functions
, and
Azure Logic Apps
is a plus.
Experience with governance, ALM, and deployment automation in Power Platform is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or similar certification.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to DevOps for Power Platform.
