Power System Engineer

The specialist will be responsible for providing technical expertise to support the assessment of technical feasibility and to ensure the consistency and coherence of various scenarios in the preparation of a roadmap for the use of ammonia and hydrogen in coal and gas power plants, in close coordination with other experts. A master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical engineering, energy systems, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in power system planning, energy integration, and technical due diligence for energy projects. Experience in projects involving ammonia and/or hydrogen use in power generation. Experience in cost-benefit analysis, policy reform,and energy transition roadmaps. Experience and familiarity with the energy sector in the Philippines or similar emerging markets is preferred. Mandatory to note: Its a 3months to 6 months contract job. Show more Show less
