Job Summary:

Power Platform Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Support Work (80% Focus):

• Provide support services for

  Microsoft Power Platform

  –based apps and automations.
• Handle tickets efficiently through

  incident management, change management

  , and

  problem management

  .
• Contribute to building a

  knowledge base

  for automation, known issues, and risk mitigation.
• Work proactively with business stakeholders to communicate issues, solutions, and updates.
• Participate in ongoing

  DevOps support

  operations.

Development Work (20% Focus):

• Analyze and implement process automation solutions.
• Develop and deliver minor to medium complexity enhancements using

  Power Automate

  and

  Power Apps

  .
• Manage code repositories, perform code merges, and maintain code quality standards.
• Support activities like

  UAT, deployment, and hypercare

  .
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvement tasks.
• Experience in

  Canvas App

  or

  Model-Driven App

  development is a plus.
• Familiarity with

  JavaScript

  or other scripting languages is an advantage.

Mandatory Skills:

• 4+ years of total experience, with

  2–3 years in Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps & Power Automate)

• Experience in

  DevOps

  or

  Support/Operations

  roles
• Strong background in

  ticket handling

  – incident, change, and problem management
• Hands-on experience in

  CI/CD

  , code merge, version control, and deployment
• Proficiency in

  .NET / C#

  is desirable
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have:

• Development experience with

  Canvas Apps

  and

  Model-Driven Apps

• Familiarity with

  JavaScript

  or other scripting languages
• Exposure to

  Azure DevOps

  , Git, or related automation tools
