Job Title: Power PlatformAdministrator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power PlatformAdministrator with strong expertise in managing and governing MicrosoftPower Platform environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experiencein administration, security, and governance frameworks, while enablingenterprise-wide adoption and supporting citizen development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and administer Microsoft Power Platform environments including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

Implement and maintain security policies, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and role-based access controls (RBAC).

Oversee governance frameworks to support scalability, compliance, and adoption across the enterprise.

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to enable and support citizen development programs.

Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and other enterprise systems.

Proactively troubleshoot environment issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure optimal platform performance.

Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, guidelines, and best practices.

Provide support, training, and guidance to business users and developers.

Requirements

6-10 years of experience managing Power Platform environments in mid-to-large enterprises.

Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Platform Admin Center .

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), and Dataverse .

Experience in implementing and managing security and compliance policies across Power Platform.

Familiarity with governance frameworks and citizen development enablement.

Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills .
