Job Description

Job Title: Power PlatformAdministrator

Experience: 8+ Years

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Power PlatformAdministrator to manage, govern, and support the Power Platform environmentacross a mid-to-large enterprise setup. The ideal candidate will have deepexpertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and administrative toolswithin the Microsoft ecosystem, along with a strong understanding of governanceframeworks and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the Microsoft Power Platform environment, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

Implement and manage security configurations, including DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies, environment strategy, and role-based access controls (RBAC).

Oversee platform governance, monitor usage patterns, and support citizen development initiatives.

Collaborate with business units to ensure platform adoption aligns with IT governance and compliance standards.

Troubleshoot issues related to Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI service, and work closely with Microsoft support when required.

Document platform configurations, policies, and support procedures.

Provide training and guidance to end users and internal teams on Power Platform best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Power Platform environments.

Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Platform Admin Center.

Proven experience implementing governance models, DLP policies, and RBAC for Power Platform environments.

Experience supporting and enabling citizen development within a controlled framework.

Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), and Microsoft Dataverse.

Strong problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to create detailed technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
