Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting and triaging tasks by owning the queue in ServiceNow/Azure DevOps, monitoring app/flow/bot failures, resolving common issues, and escalating to Lead/Architect as needed. Additionally, you will automate operational tasks by building and maintaining automations such as failure notifications, capacity alerts, housekeeping flows, and basic health dashboards. You will also handle Copilot Studio operations including bot release management, topic updates, data connections, regression testing, telemetry & quality checks, ensuring alignment with governance and responsible AI guidelines. Furthermore, you will onboard new apps/flows/bots under governance, maintain runbooks/KB articles, and publish user guidance. You are also expected to propose proactive improvements to enhance stability, usability, and supportability. Key Responsibilities: - Own the queue in ServiceNow/Azure DevOps - Monitor app/flow/bot failures and resolve common issues - Escalate issues to Lead/Architect as necessary - Build and maintain operational automations - Manage bot release, topic updates, and data connections in Copilot Studio - Conduct regression testing, telemetry, and quality checks - Ensure alignment with governance and responsible AI guidelines - Onboard new apps/flows/bots under governance - Maintain runbooks/KB articles and publish user guidance - Propose enhancements for stability, usability, and supportability Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience with Power Apps & Power Automate troubleshooting - Working knowledge of Copilot Studio including topics, generative answers, data sources, and channel config - Strong customer communication skills with a clear, empathetic, and action-oriented approach - Ability to translate technical issues for non-technical audiences - Certifications preferred: PL 200; exposure to PL 400 helpful Additional Company Details: The role falls under the area of Software Engineering, involving the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications. As a software engineer, you will apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems. Your responsibilities will include the development and application of software engineering practices and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance. You will need to exercise original thought and judgment, supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers, and continuously build skills and expertise in the software engineering discipline. Collaboration and teamwork with other software engineers and stakeholders are essential aspects of the role.
