Power Platform Administrator

• Extensive experience administering Microsoft Power Platform environments, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform admin center capabilities and tenant-level configurations
• Experience with Power Automate Desktop (RPA) governance, management, and deployment strategies
• Experience implementing and managing governance frameworks for Power Platform
• Proven ability to design and enforce data loss prevention policies and security controls
• Experience with Power Platform environment strategies and solution management
• Understanding of Power Platform licensing models and optimization strategies
• Knowledge of Power Platform monitoring and analytics tools, including admin analytics and dashboards
• Familiarity with Power Platform ALM practices and DevOps integration
• Experience with Microsoft Data verse administration and capacity management
• Experience managing the Power Platform Center of Excellence Starter Kit, Power Platform DLP Policies and Security roles
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and governance frameworks
• Experience with API management and connector policies
• Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements (GDPR, etc.)
• Experience mentoring citizen developers and promoting platform adoption
• Experience with attended and unattended RPA governance and management
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-600, PL-900, PL-100)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
