power Apps Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a mid level Power Platform Developer to design, build, and optimize business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and AI Builder. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience delivering scalable solutions, integrating with enterprise systems, and collaborating with cross functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Development
  
  
  
  • Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven) applications.
  
  
  • Build and optimize Power Automate flows for process automation.
  
  
  • Implement Dataverse tables, relationships, and business rules.
  
  
  • Integrate with external systems (SharePoint, SAP, Oracle, SQL, Dynamics 365, APIs).
  
  
  
  


• AI & Advanced Features
  
  
  
  • Utilize AI Builder for document processing, text classification, and entity extraction.
  
  
  • Explore Copilot features for enhanced user experiences.
  
  
  
  


• Collaboration & Support
  
  
  
  • Work closely with business analysts to gather requirements.
  
  
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  
  
  • Document solutions, workflows, and best practices.
  
  
  
  


• Governance & Compliance
  
  
  
  • Apply environment strategy, DLP policies, and role based security.
  
  
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards and Microsoft best practices.
  
  
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 5 years of experience in Power Platform development.


• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse


• Knowledge of Power BI would be added advanage


• Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).


• Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management).


• Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and REST APIs for integrations.


• Understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform.


• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft PL 400: Power Platform Developer Associate certification.


• Exposure to AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and custom connectors.


• Knowledge of DevOps pipelines for Power Platform deployments.
