Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site PostgreSQL Developer role based in Nagpur. The PostgreSQL Developer will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing PostgreSQL databases, writing complex queries, and creating database-driven solutions tailored to the company's requirements. Responsibilities include database development, performance tuning, troubleshooting, implementing data models, managing database security, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient database solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in PostgreSQL database design, development, and administration, including writing complex queries
• Experience in data modeling, database optimization, and performance tuning techniques
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to database performance and integrity
• Understanding of database security, backup, recovery, and replication best practices
• Familiarity with scripting and programming languages such as Python, SQL, or PL/pgSQL is an advantage
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Relevant certifications in SQL or databases and prior experience working in finance or for public sector clients is a plus
