Job Summary:

MD Properties Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Post/ Pre Sales Executive to manage client coordination after sales closure. The candidate will be responsible for documentation, payment follow-ups, client communication, and overall post-sales support to ensure smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients after booking for all post-sales activities
• Follow up with clients for payments, documentation, and approvals
• Handle payment collection updates and maintain proper records
• Prepare and manage sales-related documentation and filing
• Draft and send emails, letters, and official communications
• Maintain accurate client data and records using MS Office tools
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, legal) for smooth processing
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding possession, registration, and other formalities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in pre-sales and/or post-sales in real estate is mandatory
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good computer knowledge and documentation handling skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
• Ability to handle clients professionally and maintain long-term relationships

• Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
• Professional attitude with problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
