Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and assist potential clients with property-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain real estate projects.
Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into site visits or leads.
Maintain and update client databases regularly.
Follow up with clients through calls, messages, or emails.
Coordinate with the sales team for scheduling client visits and closures.
Maintain good customer relationships and provide professional service.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and local languages.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools preferred).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle client queries confidently.

Work Schedule:

Working Days: Monday to Sunday (No week off on Saturday/Sunday)
Week Off: Any one day between Monday to Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
