Role Description

This role involves coordinating with the sales and production teams, updating customers on order status, maintaining records of customer interactions, and assisting with after-sales services. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are vital.

• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Coordination skills
• Ability to maintain detailed records and manage customer interactions
• Basic knowledge of electronics manufacturing and related processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred
