Post Graduate Engineer Trainee Renewable Energy

Role & responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and field studies to identify opportunities in EaaS and CaaS.
• Analyze customer needs and energy usage patterns for tailored solutioning.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
• Align energy/cooling solutions with client goals, operations, and sustainability targets.
• Develop customized proposals including technical solutions and financial benefits.
• Present solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain structured follow-up and engagement strategies with prospects.
• Use data analytics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement and benchmark solutions against industry standards and client KPIs.
• Support go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and bid preparation.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding business context and priorities.
• Continuously identify and implement value-add opportunities for clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.
• Track and improve service delivery effectiveness over time.
• Engage with industry stakeholders for opportunities creation
• Opportunities identification, creation and persuasion in timebound, process driven manner for winning
• Owning the targets for Leads, hit rate and profitability

Willing to travel for client meetings, seminars, field

Preferred candidate profile:

• Masters Energy Studies & Management/ Masters Renewable Energy Engineering & Management coupled with a Bachelors degree in engineering, technology, or related field (Electrical/Power Engineering/ Renewable Energy).
• Should have knowledge in electrical systems in GTD space, clear basics & fundamentals of Renewable Energy (how it is produced, sustained and how alternative forms contribute to renewable energy)
• Should have good skill in analytics, writing, presentation, financial analysis & business modeling
• Should have basic knowledge of Power Plants, Renewables Energy Generation & Business, Power System Transmission and Distribution.
• Well-versed with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Strong knowledge of

  EaaS/CaaS models

  , energy efficiency technologies, and industry dynamics.
• Excellent
