Position: Project Manager {Project Planning & Co-ordination (For TFL

& NRL)

Qualification: B.E, Mechanical

Experience: 15-25 Years of relevant experience. Experience in Project Planning, Scheduling &

Coordination.

 

Job Description:-

 

1) Industrial exposure, specialized in various aspects of Project Scheduling, Monitoring,

Control & Documentation (Project Management)

2) Conversant in scheduling with Microsoft Project 2003-07-13, Primavera, Smart

sheet, SAP.

3) Prepare detailed Master Schedule (L1-L4) with macro level activities in Microsoft

Project, Primavera.

4) Overall project control and monitoring.

5) Schedule update and analysis.

6) Generation of monthly execution plan.

7) Weightages allocation to WBS.

8) Preparation && tracking of the Project Master Schedule, liquidation plan & summary

level curves.

9) Identification, monitoring & streamlining of critical paths running through the Project

Master Schedules & individual contracts.

10) Understanding Project work scope, needs & deliverables, contract milestones,

durations && resources.

11) Weekly/ Monthly reports generation including S Curves for management review.

12) Project Closure activities (Milestones, Lessons, Equipment details) for plant.

13) Assistance in Documentation work (IQ, OQ & PQ)

 To handle Projects together at a time, prepare their Project planning & schedule.

14) To manage all the Project in such a way there should not be levied any LD on

Paltech, Daily Monitoring of Projects Progress.

15)  Charts must be fixed on your table for your and Management reference, Prepare

MIS Report for Management & Client, prepare monthly progress review presentation,

prepare MPR, MCI, DCI, WBS, BBU & functional schedule.

16)   Maintain records of all projects related documentation float enquiry and prepare

comparative statement of items to be purchased and work orders of jobs to be ordered.

17)   Co-ordinate with Clients and Consultants, sub-contractors, all supporting

departments & consultants, raising bills on time & follow up of payment.

 

18)    Checking and review sites and contractors bill, check reconciliation of material as

per drawing and actual consumptions, prepare project daily analysis, arrange necessary

material, manpower & contractors at site as per planning, checking of drawings and their

submission and getting approval from Client.

19)    Ensuring all the activities must be executed as per contract and conditions on time

preparing/ arranging all drawings/ documents. Submission of all documents on time as

asked for in PRM or otherwise.

20)   Preparation of catch up plan for the delayed activities to make monthly and weekly

site execution plan and monitor the site work as per these plans, keeping proper records

of all correspondence with client.

21)  Attend meeting with client on PAN India and in other countries also, make

necessary correspondence with client in case of any delay from client in handling over

site or making payment not to levy LD imposition by client.

22)  Keep Management informed from time to time about progress of the project

especially, if there is delay of any kind, to co-ordinate with suppliers, our company

factory/ purchase department /Accounts Department/ Legal & Liaoning Officer/ Head

looking after projects for timely dispatch of materials/ our Manpower or contractors

manpower to execute the job.

23) To co-ordinate with client for getting company payments and to co-ordinate with our

Accounts Department to release payments of our Suppliers/ Our Employees/

Contractors/ Govt. Dues and levies.

24) To take care of compliances of all Govt. prevailing laws/ Rules and Regulations at

site and H.O. to keep on following payments (when due) in/on time.

25)  In case of delays inform your concerned seniors and visit sites immediately for

completing and for follow up of payments.
