Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  end-to-end marine piling projects

  , from design and planning to completion.
• Supervise

  on-site teams, contractors, and machinery

  for safe, high-quality execution.
• Coordinate with

  clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders

  for seamless progress.
• Review drawings, plans, and ensure compliance with marine/civil standards.
• Manage

  procurement, logistics, and cost control

  effectively.
• Solve on-site challenges proactively with practical, time-saving solutions.
• Prepare and maintain

  progress reports, documentation, and quality records

  .
• Motivate and lead the workforce to deliver consistent, timely results.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in

  Civil Engineering

  (Marine specialization preferred).
• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in

  Marine Piling or Marine Civil Projects

  , with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of

  piling techniques, foundation systems, and marine construction methods

  .
• Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and deliver projects on time.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Based in

  Mumbai

  or available for immediate relocation.
